Founder of She Motivates. Business Strategist. Consultant. Mother of four and someone who has spent over a decade in the heart of entrepreneurship, not just studying it.

I started She Motivates because I saw too many talented, driven people with real vision sitting stuck not because they lacked the ability, but because they lacked the roadmap. I became that roadmap.

Over the years I've worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs across multiple industries helping them build from the ground up, fix what wasn't working, and scale what was. Every engagement is different. The standard never is.

What I bring to every client isn't just strategy it's the kind of honest, experienced perspective that only comes from having built, operated, and consulted on real businesses in the real world.

I've seen what works. I've seen what fails. And I know the difference between advice that sounds good and a plan that actually moves the needle.

My work lives at the intersection of structure, strategy, and execution. I don't believe in building for the sake of building. I believe in building businesses that serve a purpose, generate consistent income, and create freedom for the people who own them.
